有媒體報導，遠雄、柯市府在去年大巨蛋解約大限前一天私下喬蛋，是密約之後才有同意書，遠雄方面也表示，內容雙方確有協調。台北市政府發言人劉奕霆上午受訪時表示，雙方並沒有討論到內容，同意書是遠雄單方面提出，而市府當時開會都保有會議紀錄，近期會跟大家做說明。

大巨蛋案持續延燒，近日傳出北市前法務局長楊芳玲因拒絕簽同意書，惹市長柯文哲不悅，又有媒體報導，同意書是由市府與遠雄高層一起喬出來的，且遠雄董事長趙藤雄當時也在現場，而遠雄與北市府雖都表示有這場會議，但遠雄表示內容雙方有協調，北市則指稱是遠雄單方遞交同意書。

台北市政府發言人劉奕霆15日上午針對此事作出回應。劉奕霆說，經內部查證後，去年9月7日上午，遠雄的確有到市府遞交同意書，的確是由趙藤雄送來的，當時是接近中午才一起用餐，但當時會中並沒有討論到同意書細項內容。隨後在當天下午2點才由市長柯文哲召開府內相關會議，才討論到相關內容，市府看過同意書後認為，遠雄要求市府部分，本來就是契約上市政府應該做的事項，集體決策後認為不需在同意書上簽名，隨後便由副市長鄧家基以及時任市府發言人的林鶴明召開記者會，表示市府樂見態度改善。隔天9月8日，柯文哲也親自召開「不終約記者會」。

劉奕霆說，市府最近整理當時府內會議，也都保有相關會議紀錄，近期會跟大家做公開說明。
